Terms and Conditions of 81bt — Clear Rules for Playing Safely

By using any service offered by 81bt, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Guidelines, which are integral parts of this document.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 81bt. By checking the acceptance box during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after being notified of changes, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this contract under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002) and that you agree to all clauses set out herein.

81bt reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. Registered users will be notified by email or via an in-account panel message before relevant changes come into effect.

To create and maintain an active account at 81bt, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be serving a self-exclusion period on 81bt or any other regulated betting platform in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an 81bt staff member;
• Provide registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Only one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, or using third-party CPFs, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms, subject to the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending balances or winnings.

81bt reserves the right to decline new registrations or close existing accounts without prior notice when there are indications of fraud, use of false information, or violation of any clause in these Terms.

81bt is legally required to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals or when it identifies transactions that require additional review. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may request the following documents:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• Selfie holding your ID next to your face;
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used for withdrawals (when required).

Verification is a one-time process and, once approved, will not be requested again for routine transactions. Document review takes up to 48 business hours. Illegible or incomplete documents will be rejected and the user will be notified to resubmit.

Unverified accounts may make deposits and place bets, but withdrawal limits apply until verification is complete. 81bt may request additional documents to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under BCB Resolution No. 44/2021.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 81bt is R$ 20.00. Accepted methods include Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear. 81bt does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party methods not registered to the account.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The preferred and fastest method is Pix, with an average processing time of 4 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. TED withdrawals are processed on business days during banking hours.

Important withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key held in the name of the registered user — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings earned after the wagering requirement (rollover) is met become available for withdrawal;
• 81bt may require identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal above R$ 5,000.00;
• 81bt does not charge a withdrawal fee for Pix. Any banking fees applied by the receiving bank are the user's responsibility.

Betting at 81bt covers all markets available on the platform — football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and other sports. The following rules apply to all categories:

• Confirmed bets are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except through the cash out feature when available;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00 and the maximum may vary by event and market, as shown on the confirmation screen;
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded to the account balance, except for markets whose outcome had already been determined before the interruption;
• Bet outcomes are based on official competition data and information provided by 81bt's sports data partner. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the ruling of the official competition authority prevails;
• Accumulator bets are allowed with up to 10 selections. If one event in an accumulator is cancelled, that event's odds are set to 1.00 and the accumulator remains valid with the remaining events;
• 81bt reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. The user will be notified and the staked amount returned to their balance.

81bt operates a suspicious betting detection system. Bets placed using insider information, market manipulation, or in collusion with other users constitute a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of winnings and account suspension.

The 81bt casino offers slots, live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, live Poker, crash games, and other casino games provided by licensed partners. Each game displays its own RTP (Return to Player) on the game screen or in the game-specific rules.

The following conditions apply to the use of casino games on 81bt:

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors for slots and digital games; live games use physical cards and equipment monitored in real time;
• Connection interruptions during a game round are handled in accordance with each provider's policy — 81bt is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues on the user's device or internet connection;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits on Live Casino tables may vary by table and time of day. Limits are displayed before you join each table;
• Crash games and fast-paced games have specific per-session limits that can be configured through the responsible gambling tools in your account.

81bt periodically offers bonuses and promotions. Every bonus is subject to specific terms that are clearly displayed before activation. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Welcome Bonus (200% up to R$ 1,000.00): available for the first deposit only, per registered CPF. Requires a rollover of 10× the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.70, within 30 calendar days of activation;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted to cash without completing the rollover;
• Bets placed on events with odds below the stated minimum, or on excluded markets (such as Asian handicap 0/-0.25 on certain bonuses), do not count toward the rollover;
• 81bt reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any derived winnings when it identifies abusive use, the creation of multiple accounts, or arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee a profit from the bonus regardless of betting outcomes;
• Specific promotions (boosted multiples, bet insurance, weekly cashback) have their own terms published on the promotion page and in your account dashboard.

The 81bt VIP Program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and is automatically open to all registered users. Progress between tiers is based on total wagering volume during the monthly assessment period. Tier benefits include weekly rakeback in Poker (from 5% to 30%), cashback on slots (from 5% to 25%), higher withdrawal limits, and, for Diamond members, priority Pix processing and a dedicated VIP manager via WhatsApp.

The full VIP Program rules are detailed on the VIP Program. 81bt may update the Program's eligibility criteria and benefits with 30 days' notice to active members at the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers.

VIP status is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be passed on to third parties. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any accumulated VIP benefits are cancelled with no right to compensation.

81bt users agree to use the platform in an ethical and lawful manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to place bets;
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or overload 81bt's technical infrastructure;
• Use of insider information or participation in match-fixing schemes;
• Betting strategies designed solely to drain bonuses with no real risk (bonus abusing);
• Any conduct that violates applicable Brazilian law, including Law No. 9,613/1998 (money laundering) and Law No. 14,790/2023 (sports betting).

Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and pending winnings, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities.

Closure by the user: Any user may request account closure at any time through 81bt's support via live chat or email. Once the request is submitted, the available balance (minus any unconverted bonuses) is returned via Pix within 5 business days, provided identity verification is complete. Accounts under responsible gambling self-exclusion are subject to specific rules described in the Responsible Gambling section.

Closure by 81bt: 81bt may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Order issued by a competent regulatory or judicial authority;
• Identification of a user under 18 years of age.

If 81bt closes an account for compliance or fraud reasons, balances linked to suspicious activity may be held pending investigation and, if the irregularity is confirmed, cancelled. The user will be notified and has the right to submit a written dispute within 10 business days.

81bt is genuinely committed to responsible gambling and provides self-control tools for all users, accessible directly from the account dashboard with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis;
• Bet limit: set a maximum bet amount per time period;
• Session limit: set a maximum session length for platform use;
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for 30, 60, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account as a responsible gambling decision — accounts under permanent self-exclusion cannot be reactivated.

81bt makes continuous technical efforts to ensure platform availability, stability, and accuracy. However, 81bt is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from instability or temporary unavailability of internet, mobile, or third-party payment provider services;
• Bet outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and depend on unpredictable sporting events;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the 81bt platform;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password and login credentials;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure, external cyberattacks, or regulatory orders.

In any case, 81bt's maximum liability to a user is limited to the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. 81bt is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses of any kind.

81bt may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to reflect changes in its services, applicable Brazilian legislation, or the platform's operational practices.

When relevant changes affecting users' rights or obligations occur, 81bt will notify registered users at least 15 days' notice by email and through a notice on the account dashboard. Minor editorial or structural changes may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account as described in Section 10 before the effective date, with no penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, in particular Law No. 14,790/2023 (fixed-odds betting), Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), and the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

Any disputes or controversies arising from the use of the 81bt platform that cannot be resolved amicably — preferably through the platform's support channel — shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
