81bt has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as required by the LGPD for organizations that process personal data at scale. The DPO is reachable at the same email address and is responsible for responding to data subject requests, liaising with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), and guiding 81bt's internal privacy practices.

81bt collects personal data at various points throughout its relationship with the user. The table below organizes the categories of data collected, their purpose, and when they are collected:

81bt does not collect sensitive data categories (racial origin, political opinion, health, biometrics) beyond what is strictly required for the legally mandated identity verification process. Health or financial data beyond what is listed above is never requested by 81bt.

Data collected by 81bt is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Account management: creation, authentication, maintenance, and closure of user accounts;
• Service provision: processing Sports Betting, casino games, poker, and other platform products;
• Payment processing: deposits and withdrawals via Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED;
• Identity verification (KYC): fulfillment of customer identification obligations required by gambling regulations and the Banco Central do Brasil;

• Legal or regulatory obligation (Art. 7, II): identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and fulfillment of obligations to the Central Bank, ANPD, and other regulatory bodies;

• KYC Providers: identity verification companies that process documents to meet regulatory requirements. Documents are reviewed but not retained by these providers after verification is complete;
• Game providers: slots, Live Casino, and other game providers integrated into the 81bt platform receive anonymized session identifiers, not complete personal data;
• Technical infrastructure: cloud computing and hosting providers that maintain 81bt's servers in Brazil, under contracts with strict data protection clauses;

81bt retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations:

• Registration data and active account: kept for as long as the account is active and for up to 5 years after closure, in accordance with Brazilian tax and regulatory compliance requirements;
• Identity documents (KYC): retained for 5 years after account closure, in accordance with BCB Resolution No. 44/2021 and Law No. 9,613/1998 (AML);
• Financial transaction history: retained for 5 years after each transaction, in accordance with tax and anti-money laundering legislation;
• Betting history: retained for 2 years after each bet, for customer support and dispute resolution purposes;
• Access logs: retained for 6 months, in accordance with the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014);
• Marketing data: deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent.

Once the retention period has elapsed, data is securely deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be linked to a specific individual.

If 81bt identifies that data from a user under 18 has been collected, that data will be deleted immediately and the account will be closed, with any deposited balance returned to the legal guardian (parent or responsible party) after identity verification.

If you suspect that an account belonging to a person under 18 is active on the platform, please report it immediately by emailing contato@81bt.best. 81bt treats these reports with the highest priority.

81bt prioritizes storing and processing data in Brazil. In the exceptional event that personal data must be transferred outside the country — for example, to backup servers of infrastructure providers operating internationally — 81bt applies the following safeguards, in accordance with Art. 33 of the LGPD:

• Transfers only to countries or international organizations that provide a level of personal data protection equivalent to that required under the LGPD, as assessed by the ANPD;
• Specific data protection contractual clauses in agreements with international suppliers;
• Data transfer minimization — only what is strictly necessary for each specific purpose.

Brazilian users' financial data — including Pix details, CPF, and bank keys — is never transferred outside Brazil.

81bt does not charge any fee for the exercise of data subject rights. Requests that are manifestly unfounded or abusive may be refused with a reasoned justification.

81bt may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, our services, or our data processing practices. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of the document.

When changes occur that affect your rights as a data subject or the way we use your data, 81bt will notify all registered users by email at least 15 days' notice before the changes take effect. Amendments that expand data protection or are purely editorial in nature may be published without prior notice.
